What currencies do you accept?+
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦), inclusive of VAT. Paystack handles cards from any country and converts at the prevailing rate.
What payment methods do you support?+
Through Paystack: Visa, Mastercard, Verve, bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money where available. We don't charge a card fee.
Are the products authentic?+
Yes. Every international piece is inspected and authenticated at our Lagos warehouse before dispatch. Nigerian designer pieces ship directly from each designer's atelier.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?+
Yes, across West Africa and selected international destinations via DHL Express. See our shipping page for rates and ETAs.
Customs duties on cross-border orders?+
Where duties apply on arrival in your country, they are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS the moment we dispatch. Lagos orders get live driver tracking.
Can I buy from abroad?+
Yes, you can pay in Naira from anywhere using Paystack. International shipping is limited to the destinations on our shipping page.
